DEL HARRIS
Del Harris Basketball was established in 2014 to provide a unique learning opportunity in the fundamental instruction of basketball for boys and girls in the Greater Richmond area and surrounding counties. Instruction is led by an experienced team of former college coaches and Division I players who understand what it takes to improve to the next level. The Difference training and clinics offers three components designed to enhance and improve basketball skills: Summer camps, weekend clinics, year round individual skill development sessions.
Harris is currently the head boys basketball coach and program director at Richmond's prestigious Collegiate School. Prior to his position at Collegiate, Harris was an administrative assistant/coach at the University of Richmond (2004-05), an assistant coach at Virginia Military Institute (2005-2006) and Morgan State University (2006-2007), and the men’s head basketball coach and assistant director of athletics at Vassar College (2008-2013).
